Meet our Staff:

Suzanne Cagle, PAC
Suzanne is a certified Physician’s Assistant. Her undergraduate degree is from Lenoir-Rhyne College with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She graduated fro the Bowman Gray School of Medicine/Wake Forest University PA program in 1990. She has worked in orthopaedics since 1990, both in the clinical and operating room settings. She has been involved with general orthopaedics, sports medicine, and spine specialty.

Steve Mack, P.T.
Steve is a North Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist. He is a graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, Mass. and has over ten years of orthopedic therapy experience. While earning his degree and obtaining work experience, Steve has focused on upper and lower extremity injury rehabilitation. Through biomechanical and postural analysis, return to function and performance training, injury prevention, and exercise education programs, clients have the opportunity to return to work, athletics, and normal daily activities at a high level of purposeful results.

Laura Cleaver, P.T.
Laura Cleaver is a licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina. She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University. Before joining our team, Laura’s clinical experience included orthopaedic and neurological rehabilitation at outpatient clinics in Morganton, NC and Billings, Montana and acute care at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital. Her most recent work experience has been subacute and geriatric rehabilitation in Asheville, N.C.
